Summer Round Up
We had a ton of events that took place over the summer months of 2010 and even though we have already mentioned a few in separate news stories here's a few that we didn't get a chance to mention.
Friday 4th June we supplied the sound system for the Fight Fest event which took place in Digbeth Birmingham which had 450 people watch 5 boxing matches. here's some footage from one of those matches.
On Saturday 5th June we had a couple of big events taking place in Birmingham which included the 10th annual Midlands Finance Directors Annual Charity Event at the Botanical Gardens (but as we've already mentioned this). At the same time we were doing Birmingham City Unis Graduation ball which this year was held at Edgbaston Cricket Ground. 600 students partied the night away and we supplied the DJ, sound and lighting equipment for the event to take place. below is some footage
On Sunday 13th June we were back at the fantastic Haden Hill house which had its annual carnival this years theme was the caribbean and we supplied a 3 piece steel band along with Phase One Disco to help the proceedings along they had record numbers turnout for this event and even better was the fact that the sunshine was out in force (for a change)
We supplied the sound for numerous other carnivals across July including Acocks Green, Polesworth, Middleton and Rosies Helping hands charity walk which takes place every year at Aldridge airfield. Plus we supplied the sound system and kids entertainer Jim Miller for the Keiper UK family fun day. Even though the weather was pretty bad a couple of hundred people came to support the event and alot of money was raised for charity. Eventually the sun did come out and it didn't stop the LNP team having a bit of fun as well (see below)
