Demons of Tune Rock The Autumn Months

Its been a fantastic few months for the 14 piece bandDemons of Tune.  The band were formed originally just to perform at the Midlands Finance Directors Ball and is made up of city professionals such as bank managers, solicitors andtax experts.  However as popularity grew for the band andthe fact that they only did gigs for charity they have found themselves playing a number of gigs each year rather than just one.

The autumn season started with two gigs at Harborne Cricket club in Birmingham in September.  the first night was for 200 people raising money for Cure Leukemia and the 2nd night was the annual Harbornecricket clubs charity fundraiser dinner which had over 100 people attend.

The band then followed this up in October with a gig at the Eastwood conference centre in Nottingham for 400 people performing for a Moulin Rouge themed party for the R3 Association of Business Recovery Professionals.

After another stint at Birmingham premier venue The Jam house, the final gig for the year was a special one which took place at Edgbaston Cricket club just before Christmas.  The reason this was a special gig was because it was to celebrate the Bass player Rick Smyth'swedding.  With a stand in bass player they performed a 90 minute set along with a guest slot set performed with Rick.

The band are due to play another charity concert sometime in March @ the Birmingham Glee club.  Check back for more details.
