Ballroom Glitz
Ballroom Glitz is a multi-tribute 70’s showband who have been in the business for 12 years now and have worked across the country.
They are a totally live band, consisting of 6 people (4 guys/2 girls) and have an outstanding reputation for delivering a quality entertaining show full of audience participation, visual dynamics and excellent musicianship.
They are a very versatile outfit and tailor their material to the venue i.e.
Easy listening 70's pop/harmony style stuff (Rubettes, Abba, Bay City Rollers) for the older generation or holiday camps etc.
Disco and boogie sounds (Bee Gees, Grease medley, Boney M) for night-clubs/colleges etc. Heavier rock influenced songs (Sabbath, Hawkwind, and Alice Cooper) for Rock venues/festivals.
Most of the time they play venues that respond well to a stunning mix of all the styles.
They are perfect for Clubs, Parties, weddings, pubs, universities, festivals, corporate work, summer balls, theatres and many more. This is due to the band having a fully self-contained 5K PA Rig with a full lighting show which means they can cater for any event.
