Jamie Goddard

Jamie is a singer/songwriter from Bray on Thames who has been performing on stage from an early age and has performed at many prestigious venues around the UK.
Jamie’s voice has been compared to the likes of Steve Harley, Marc Bolan, John Lennon and Bono.
The music and lyrics are often associated with acts such as Crowded House, The Jam, The Specials, Billy Bragg and The Stereophonics.

Over the years, Jamie and his band have performed at Old Trafford, Cliveden, Caerphilly Castle, Donnington Castle, Henley Festival, The Barbican, Eton College, The Civic Hall, The Grovesnor Hotel, and The Drones Club in Mayfair and many more prestigious venues.

Jamie’s 4th single, ‘Waiting forever’, is his latest release on PYE music (KINKS, STATUS QUO, et al.)
His songs are played regularly on Capital, Virgin and BBC radio and over 100 stations in the UK.
The debut single, ‘Oh Yeah’, was one of the most broadcasted independent singles of 2004.

Jamie also tours schools to help young people to get involved in music. He has provided free music workshops to schools in his area to help young musicians on performance and songwriting skills.

He has also been involved in raising money for charities such as Scope, Cancer Research and School/Youth Centre funding. Jamie performs both as a soloist and with his band. Jamie has performed with members of The Searchers, Kula Shaker, Unit 2 Plus 4, Skunk Anansie and The Sweet.
