Formed in 2003, "RAINMAKER" are essentially a live performance band, and comprise the definitive 5-piece line up of guitars, bass, drums and vocals, all five members taking vocal duties in an extensive and diverse repertoire, guaranteed to get you on your feet and dancing.
60's, 70's 80's 90's an noughties - a collage of styles and influences which converge on complete versatility ranging from the Beatles to Bad Company to Bowie, from The Kinks to The Cult to Lenny Kravitz and everything in-between.

Simon Pitts - Lead Vocals & Guitar
Simon came relatively late onto the music scene, starting as rhythm guitar player with "Ex-Directory" progressing quickly to lead vocals & guitar with "Ansa" who played countless gigs across the country for 3 years. After a brief spell with "Distant Thunder & a few other midlands bands, he finally found the 'edge' he was looking for with "Rainmaker"
Jim Davies - Lead Guitar & Vocals
Jim began learning to play guitar aged 5, from a strong blues background, and started on the gigging circuit age 13. He's heavily influenced by players such as BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimi Hendrix. Although having played many venues in London, Cardiff, Liverpool & Manchester, Jim is relatively new and fresh on the Birmingham circuit.
Martin Griffin - Guitar & Vocals
'The man who gets the gigs' started playing guitar aged 16, influenced by 'The Stranglers' and 'Stiff Little fingers'. Having played in various covers bands and original rock bands, most notably "Easy" in Birmingham, Martin has many credits on recordings in the style of "Staus Quo", "ACDC" and "Thin Lizzy", but that's rock and roll.
Lee Brayshaw - Bass Guitar & Vocals
Lee Started as a lead vocalist in bands notably originals band, "Hooker" in Leeds in the late 70's & later in Huddersfield & Nottingham. Lee progressed to bass guitar & lead vocals in 1994 with Coventry bands, "Mister Bridger", a 3-piece combo, "Retro", a 60's cover band and "Out Of The Shadows", who were remarkably, a 'Shadows' tribute band
Andy Sadowski -Drums, Percussion
In the late 80's Andy made two albums with the German funk outfit "Mercury". The early 90's saw him in a singer/songwriter collaboration "Zebra", and tours with Midlands bands "Uncle Jam" and Later "Primal Trash". In the mid 90's he formed rock band "Desire" with Debbie Bonham (sister of John, of 'Led Zeppelin' fame)
