The Bedcote Ceilidh Band
The Bedcote Ceilidh Band is an electric barn dance band comprising of five multi talented musicians that has gained a fine reputation throughout the West Midlands and beyond offering an exiting mix of electric Celtic music, soft ballads and waltzes in their own inimitable style to thousands. From the band's inception, it was decided that the emphasis would be put upon the high quality of music and having fun.
The fast and furious pace of the music coupled with the variety of both traditional and contemporary dances makes for a terrific night's entertainment.
The band's own caller, Martin, explains all the dances beforehand and enthusiastically "calls" the moves during the dances. Dances are carefully selected to suit both the ability and the mood of the occasion.
The band offers a full night's entertainment with dances, songs, musical showpieces and the occasional tall story!
