ECLYPSE - Flute and Keyboard Duo
Featuring Lyn Proctor (flute) and Chris Watts (keyboard), Eclypse performs a range of musical styles from Mozart and Beethoven to Sinatra and Robbie Williams, including showstoppers from West End Musicals. This remarkable duo is immaculately presented with an almost unrivalled skill and professionalism.
Lyn studied music at The University of Warwick and is an accomplished flautist and pianist. As a member of the Warwick University Symphony Orchestra Lyn, in 1994, was runner up in the prestigious Warwick Concerto competition. She has also gained the ALCM and LLCM Diplomas in flute. Lyn is now a member of the Birmingham Philharmonic Orchestra, where she plays piccolo flute, and her musical career has seen her touring Europe and the UK.
As a founder member of the band I Want Your Sax, Chris has been involved with work for the BBC and local radio stations, and has supported such artistes as Roy Wood, Nigel Kennedy and Kim Wilde. He has also played live with the Harry Connick Jnr Band. Chris has been recently appointed the Principal of the Technics Music Academy where he teaches keyboard and piano.
